I am a simple 76 year old Italian American has decided to share her everyday recipes so her children and future generations have the memories she and others like her have brought to our tables. This project has received attention from a top PR firm in New York, and a cooking tour has been scheduled for this summer. Looking forward to the recipes - they all look so authentic, and want to compare your lasagna to mine.
You're well past your goal already - if you're looking for additional stretch kind of goals, how about videos for some of the techniques you'd consider handy (or vital)? Know you're going to cover things in the book, but sometimes a picture is worth a thousand words.
