Just a heads up ---
Prior thread discussions suggested leaving your BC referral links in your KS bio as a passive way of letting people use them without proselytizing. All well and good. I checked my KS bio today and they went to dead links, where they used to work before. When I compared what was in the KS bio to what was on my BC profile, saw that the referral links had changed. Updated my bio and I'm good again.

Upshoot - I'm guessing some BC club life events may automatically change your referral links. In my case, I did 'star up' during the timeframe. In any event, y'all might want to check wherever you've left your links in the outside world to be sure you're current.

Oh geez. Really would be nice if we had a clue how things worked. Since I just starred up to 7 stars I beyptter fix my links.

Oh oh. I have leveled up at least twice since originally posting those links so I better check them out. Thanks for the information.

I'm getting credit for projects I didn't refer. I've been 7 star for months now. I heard from another member that if a creator clicks on multiple member links it takes the 1st link they clicked not necessarily the link they clicked for the member referring them. It might be a 24 hour thing (Amazon does this).

So say I back a project & the creator checks out my profile, sees the BC link, clicks it but doesn't submit. Later another member who also backed suggests they use BC and the creator clicks on that members link - I might be the person who gets the referal because they clicked my link earlier in the day.

I wonder who actually refered Zoo Webs to BC?
