HELP!! Missing project under supported projects page

I don't know its just me nor not. I got an Indiegogo project backed and it does show on my project supported a while ago. The project ended for a month. But last week I didn't see that project show up on my supported projects page. I asked the project creator he said that I am not on the list of his BC member backed. Weird thing is last Friday, I saw it again, but today its gone again. I did nothing on Indiegogo nor BackerClub setting. I have submitted a help but yet a week with no reply. Anyone have the same problem? :cry:

Another weird thing is the number of BC member backed were different day by day, vary from 12-15 backers.

Everyone has the same problem, something betwen backerclub and indiegogo, NO solution yet.
