backerclub lost my kickstarter account

when I log in the backerclub website say that my kickstarter account is not valid and that i should add a kickstarter account but there is no way to edit that field and the delete button is grayed out . please help

Write to the admins. You can contact them by clicking on the help menu. Select "question". Good luck.
Make sure you include you correct Kickstarter profile link when you contact the admins so they what they need to fix your problem. Also use your login email, real name, and user name.
