YSMART London has launched 19 projects on Kickstarter, building compact EDC tools since 2018. That's a deep well of delivery experience for a product this refined. Bullet3 is their smallest flashlight yet, and it's clearly built on lessons from every generation before it.
Just 3 cm long and starting at 5 grams, with pro-grade CREE and Luminus LEDs inside. Three lighting versions (cool white, warm white, red) and dual output levels cover everything from map reading to night vision. IPX8 waterproofing and your choice of titanium, brass, or aluminum make it as tough as it is tiny.
Replaceable button cells mean no built-in battery to die and doom the whole light to a drawer. Pricing is refreshingly transparent: all-inclusive, with no surprise VAT or duties at delivery. Coin cells aren't the greenest power source, but the buy-it-for-life metal build offsets a lot.
The aluminum version starts at £29 (about $39), with brass at £36 and titanium at £44. The Mix & Match early bird bundles any three for £99, a 42% saving off the £170 MSRP. For a CREE-powered, IPX8 titanium light, that undercuts most of the EDC market.
