Just dont. A wooden board is good to play with friends, and mobiles or PC are enough to play online. Allowing to play online with a board does not nearly make it worth

looks really good and of high quality. not sure about the electronics and the online ecosystem. you might not get players to play against all the time
the chess board and pieces could last a lifetime. not sure about the electronics.
