Always kinda skeptical of medical-ish devices, hard to get these right and aren't always as advertised

Seems like this is a first project... and while well thought through as a product, I didn't see any mention of production set-up. So while I imagine the team has a plan, its hard to answer this question.

Not sure message on knee with heat is best most issue with my knees are inflammation based... i would think it should chill not heat… or chill then heat afterwards ….
