it is simple to make
not sure about ice pack on the stomach... nor with 4 packs lasting 5 hours in florida heat
seems like vest is plastic
its 4 ice packs in a plastic looking vest.. a sun hat with a cooling towel is just as effective

ice will keep you cold
humm... simple... but effective
not sure really. mostly plastic but not sure what options you have so if it last long maybe... dont know...

They have a similar product they already have for sale, this looks like an upgrade. So assuming they have worked out kinks on how to complete their current project.
Not for me honestly, but the design looks simple enough and should be effective.
