Hi David, it's Rory from Ionic, interesting to read your comment and interpretation of the hand wringing after using the device, I can see why you'd perhaps think that. However, and I can testify to this personally as I've been using a beta version for the past several months, Ionic absolutely burns the arms and shoulders after a fast spin - resistance is always on as the rotor is spinning and so there is no let up - no matter how fit you are, this will fatigue the main muscles in the upper limbs in a way that you likely won't have experienced previously. Those laughs and shaking of hands at the end were simply reactions of surprise from the users that something so small could have such an effect. Thanks, R

It is certainly interesting. I the video several people are shaking their hands after finishing using it as if they have sort wrists, which makes me wonder if that is a problem with this device.
