They seem confident they will deliver
It is a good, needed design. However, robot cleaners can be fairly stupid in themselves (getting stuck, etc.), not to mention stairs. So that lingers in my mind

The stair climbing apparatus and enclosed docking station are first-of-their-kind and innovative.
