Shipping Fee Collection:

Shipping cost will be calculated and paid for towards the end of the campaign via Pledgebox. Every backer will receive an email survey from Pledgebox, which manages all shipping, fulfillment, and add-ons after the campaign has been completed. In Pledgebox, you will be able to enter your latest shipping address and order accessories if you forgot anything when pledging at Kickstarter.

Taxes and VAT are included in your shipping cost for all US and EU countries (that is covered by IOSS). If you are still charged any duties when receiving the products in the EU (covered by IOSS)/US, please contact us for reimbursement with the receipt.

For other international shipping countries, the item's price does NOT include additional duty and taxes that may apply as per local laws for importation. If taxes and/or duties apply, your local courier will contact you to accommodate your local laws. We appreciate your kind understanding. Sometimes goods less than a specific value or in certain categories do not incur taxes. The rules are different in every country.

** Important Note**

Due to local government requirements for laser products, backers in the middle east countries and some others will be asked to provide a LASER LICENSE at the Ministry of Economy and Industry website. The customs officer will contact you by SMS/call/email when the product arrives at the local customs. If this happens to your package, please contact us at once, and we will provide you with the MEAZOR 3D’s laser and battery certificate. 100% of our customers successfully receive their products as long as the required documents are submitted on time. If you failed to apply for the license within the required time frame, customs would dispose of the package, and HOZO Design CAN’T provide any further assistance or refund if this happens.
