The slide board has slots for removable wheels, so you can use it noise-free on your carpet or rug.

Take it to work, or on vacation! The wheels make absolutely NO floor noise while you’re working out.

For slide exercises, the ABS plastic board uses two roller wheels to slide on top of the two metal pipes. For resistance exercises, the two plastic boards sit on top of the two pipes.

The structure and design of a Muscle Rail Board is pretty SIMPLE.

 

The guide rail in the basic frame uses firm, sleek, stainless-steel pipes normally used for pull-up bars. And the bottom is finished with a non-slip sticker for your safety.

You can find several holes at both ends of both pipes. These holes allow you to adjust the position of the fixture.
