This is CyboPal's first Kickstarter, but it doesn't feel like a first attempt. They have a 100+ person engineering team with 10+ PhDs, and they've shown live units at CES, AWE and IFA. They say mass production is already underway, which is a big comfort for hardware this ambitious.
A 27″ 4K display on a 6-axis robotic arm that follows your posture as you sit, stand or lean back. You can move it with your voice or your hands, and the Pauli agent sends tasks to apps like Slack, Gmail and Claude Code. A firm tap on the desk stops it instantly, and a backup battery lowers it gently if the power goes out.
Privacy Mode physically cuts power to the cameras and mics, and a red light shows you when they're live. Movement, gesture and spatial data are processed on the device, not in the cloud. The risks section is detailed, and the modular, serviceable build is meant to keep it running for years.
Super Early Bird is US$1,599, 36% off the US$2,499 retail price, and multi-desk packs keep the same per-unit price. Shipping is included in the contiguous US, other regions pay US$50 per unit, and CyboPal covers duties and taxes. It's a lot of money for a monitor, but you're really paying for a monitor, an ergonomic arm and an AI assistant together.
