This is GhostBed's first Kickstarter, but the company has been making sleep products for 25 years. Their fulfillment and support operation already handles a large volume of orders. They describe the Climate Pro as a finished product that is in final testing, not an early prototype.
Water-based, dual-zone heating and cooling lets each partner pick their own side's temperature, from 60°F to 105°F. Condensation Guard and a built-in Sleep Hygiene cycle mean no disconnect-and-drain cleanings. It works on the hub without Wi-Fi, fits mattresses up to 17", and includes sleep tracking with no wearable.
Solid-state thermoelectric cooling means no compressor and no chemical refrigerants. There's no subscription, and app features like schedules and biometrics are included. You get a 30-night trial and a 2-year limited warranty, and they're upfront about what isn't covered.
The Queen system is $1,099 against a $1,599 MSRP, and the King is $1,399 against $1,999. Twin XL starts at $999, and full sleep packages with a Luxe Hybrid mattress go up to $3,599. It's a big purchase, but the no-subscription model saves money over the long run.
