Maintenance and guarantee are highly questionable with such products.

there's a way to fix the refilling problem. add a float valve and connect a water source to it .  May have to drill a hole for the connectors. Or maybe creator would read this and come predrilled with a push in connector

Love the design but I have the same concerns as BE A. and Stephane L.

My family drink at least 1 gallon per day so the constant refilling will be annoying and the concerns of properly cleaning the system and no standard filters being used presents a problem if the company fails.

Being “like a Keurig” is not much of a selling point for me (have you seen all the reviews of bacteria in Keurigs?), especially as it seems the water is filtered then stored. I'm glad there's a UV light to keep the filtered water safe, but if there's no way to clean out the hose or channel the water is sent from the tank to the spout with, that means there's also no way to make sure there isn't a bacterial colony developing in that hose or channel.

I drink too much water for that half-gallon tank! It would be great if this machine could be connected directly to the water tap. And then there are the filters that we can only buy from them. If they stop producing them, we are stuck with a machine that is no longer useable.
