It's a first time creator. But the product is fairly easy and production shouldn't be a problem.
Silicone is a good material.

The concept is very good.
Smart design.
The refills are a bit of a problem in terms of creating a carbon footprint (i.e. packaging an shipping), but the reusable bottle is very good.

I don't think they won't fulfil because European laws against scams really exist. I'm super confident even though there maybe some delays
I love the silicone bottle.All reusable bottles I have have pumps and those need replacement. I just hope the exfoliating body wash will be amazing because in powder form it's a revolution. I already use a cream body wash that comes in powder that I love so I hope to live this product as much and the shampoo as well because I do love my bars but sometimes I wish I had a faster way to wash my hair
Reduce, reuse and refill is my motto.
For this price the starting set is very good and the fact they they give worldwide free delivery is in fact a big bonus and totally worth it
