I have a wrist fitness tracker which costs $50 and has similar functionality. I do like the lightweight factor of it, it'll be easier to keep wearing a fitness tracker when it's a ring.

i have a Motiv ring which doesn't rely on subscription since they gave you a free app to monitor it on your phone.. but then Oura bought them out and change the game to subscriptions.

I still use my ring a decade later but if i needed a new one there is no reason why i wont try this ring out.

This is good. I don't like having a watch when sleeping or exercising, it's too bulky.
