To qualify, you must have a pledge for the project. You will receive a reimbursement via PayPal for the amount listed on your pledge collection email (up to $99 USD).
The winners will be drawn and displayed before the project ends on Kickstarter, so the winners will have a chance to make a pledge (or update an existing one) based on their winnings.
